GlycoVaxyn has secured exclusive, worldwide rights from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) to its proprietary technology, which is protected by two patent families. National patent applications have been submitted in a number of countries for the first patent family. The European patent and the patent in Singapore were granted in 2006. The company is extending its intellectual property via an aggressive, global patenting strategy.
